If Alex wasn’t living life to the full enough, he’s buoyed on by his business partner Paula Reid, who’s been on a mission to Live Life to the Full for over 25 years.
Adventures have included his many sailing exploits, the Red Bull Soap Box race (twice), driving a Formula 1 car, and ‘World Bog Snorkelling’ championships in Wales – literally a contest to swim two lengths of a water-filled peat bog trench, 60 yards long and about 2 yards wide. The challenge was further heightened by the fact that he did it in fancy dress! Still managing to come in second – behind a pantomime horse!
He’s now ticking them off as time allows, ensuring that when he’s drawing his last breath, it will be with no regrets.
